Amerado Question TGMA Why Kwaku Ananse was not nominated.
In a tweet on X, Amerado conveyed his bewilderment at the Ghana Music Awards for overlooking his song “Kwaku Ananse (original),” despite its popularity and success. He specifically questioned why it was not included in any category.
He said, “Dear @GHMusicAwards, Why was Kwaku Ananse (original) not nominated?”
At the recently concluded 2024 awards ceremony, Amerado was recognized with two nominations for Best Rap Performance. The nominations were for his tracks “The Hardest” and “Kwaku Ananse Remix,” which featured Fameye.
The nominations for the prestigious Telecel Ghana Music Awards were unveiled during the official launch event held on March 28, 2024, at the prestigious AICC.
The highly anticipated awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on June 1, 2024, to pay tribute to all individuals in the music industry who have showcased their unwavering determination throughout the past year.
